[Frog Dares]

Great Platformer

Great platformer, good graphics, cool music, good level design... I just played until level 5 (where was mandatory to eat all the insects) I would liked to see level bosses (at least every 4 levels) and sometimes the enemies and background were difficult to spot due to color likeness... Anyway, good game, good job!

The game is fun and challenging, but it should remember your progress!

I like the gameplay but you need to polish the game a little more...
Some suggestions:
- Add a mute button
- Add a replay button
- Improve the graphics a little more
- Try to reduce the file size

there's a mute button on the main splash page, and space bar restarts the level when you die. Thanks for the review!

Not bad

The game looks simple, so why the file is 4Mb?... i bet is the music, try to optimize your file size....
Some suggestions:
- Reduce your file size (~1 Mb)
- Add some text in the main menu like "press enter to start"
- Tweak the player control to be more responsive (more acceleration)
- Add shortcuts to the buttons (R=replay, spacebar=start, etc)
- The mute option does not seem to work well

[Mr Volcano's Ash Disaster]

Cool, but...

The idea is cool, but something is missing...
After a couple of seconds i loose interest, needs something more,
maybe if you have limited ash or loose life if the "enemies" reach the other side? anyway,... you need something to make more challenging the game and keep the player interested. You have the basis, keep it up, Good luck!

We appreciate the review. We did brainstorm a couple of ideas to give it a higher replay value, but felt it wouldn't be fair with a system similar to life, because the "enemies" are randomly spawned (and hitting a UFO is more about luck than anything).

If we ever do something like this again, we'll give it an extra game mechanic to hopefully give more depth to the gameplay.

- Use a longer music loop
- Add a replay button
